Light is energy. It is a signal that activates our cells and influences their performance

In this episode we talk about:

The “Eye-clock” :: Light + Circadian Rhythm

The morning light spectrum is like a magic formula to signal to your body to preform important processes.

“Junk light” creates an overpowered spectrum of light that disrupts our human eye-clock which is meant to go to sleep and rise with the sun. This lighting tricks our bodies into thinking it’s always daytime.

Blue light zaps our eye fat. The eye is made up of DHA, an omega fat and the blue light runs through the fat a lot faster than the red light spectrum.

Your body is basically a walking solar powered battery.

Rubber isolates electricity so you’re never grounded. If your body is always covered up in clothes under junk light, you aren’t getting the charge. The sunlight which is a lot of infrared, charges the water.

Avoid crappy, shitty, dead tap water. The qualities of water go way beyond what you can see.

Magnetism: Getting Grounded

You can’t see Magnetism. Just because you can’t see it, doesn’t mean it’s not there.

Morning Mango Lassi Recipe:

Mango lassi is traditionally made from yogurt, milk and mango pulp, and may contain added sugar but I chose to go even simpler by using with only yogurt, frozen mango and water. Sweeten with maple syrup to taste.

My morning watermelon juice was always 1/3 sliced watermelon with 2/3 cold filtered water and about 5 leaves of mint in the vitamix until blended. Freeze the watermelon or add ice for a slushy effect.
